I reach out for her,
so squishy and small.
My keeper of secrets,
at nightfall.
I cuddle her close,
We are together,
as my dreams begin.
I breathe in her scent,
as thoughts come
and go.
Where will my slumber take
me?
I don’t know.
I don’t know.
She comforts me,
as my fears fade away,
I let her know I’ve missed her,
today.
My bedtime buddy,
Miffy.

My Blankey
Soft, fluffy, huggable, warm
Even though it’s a little torn
Wrapped around me in the night
My white blankey makes me sleep right

Bun Bun
Soft, Furry
Reminding me of birthdays
Sharing girly gossip
Sleeping without a sound
Camping out in the caravan
Having fun on Fridays
Hilarious times on holidays
Snuggling up in bed
Nearly midnight
Fast asleep

My snuggly croc has always kept me ripe.
She has never left my side.
When I have nightmares
she scares them all away.
If someone tries to
steal Crocy
I will keep her
safe.
She has never let me down
and she never will.

Piano
Tingling keys go up and down
Notes playing fast and slow
Treble and bass using the moves
Pedals going up and down to make the noise
Hop off the piano tuck in the chair
wait
till the next day that is coming near

My diary
My dairy is special
My dairy is special
Reports about each day
Brings back memories
when I go out to
play
When the pages run out
it will never be
the same
I love my dairy

Soft
spongy soundless
cuddling
up with me.
Sitting watching me
growing
and growing.
Sharkey, my teddy.

Coloured pens.
The
key to creativity,
The
tool of art,
The
riot of colour,
With
infinite possibilities.
Draw a car,
A tiger, a
house.
So many
colours and pictures,
To draw or
choose!
With YOUR imagination,
With YOUR choice.
It’s
impossible,
To run out of
ideas,
With coloured
pens.

When I go to bed
I reach out to him.
We cuddle up close
helping my dreams come in.
When we can’t sleep
we talk and talk
until we sleep.
He watches out for me
My night time hero…
Doo Doo.
